Tuesday 6:45 with Candice

Wednesday 5:30 with Julia

Thursday 7:30pm With Candice

Friday  5:30 pm (start date TBA)

Saturday 9:30am with Candice

 
What is ZUMBA?

Zumba is like no other workout you will ever experience. Inspired by the traditional cumbia, salsa, samba, meringue, pulsating Latin rhythms and international dance steps, Zumba features easy to follow moves guaranteed to tone and sculpt the body.
